“Alles wie online beschrieben. Wunderschöner Meerblick von jedem Zimmer durch die rund ums Haus gezogene Terrasse. Alles sauber und modern eingerichtet. Küche komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sonnenliegen sowohl auf der Terrasse, wie auch einige Treppen oberhalb am wirklich schönem Pool. Kommunikation war sehr herzlich und informativ. In ca 10 min kommt man zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Wohngegend ist sehr angenehm und Parkmöglichkeiten sind bequem vor dem Haus vorhanden. Die Katzen die……

“Das Haus war super und die Abwicklung über Grandes Villas lief ebenfalls sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Kommen gerne wieder.”

“We had a good stay in the appartment. It wss central to walk to the main city and all interesting locations. A great plus was the own garage in the house. Parking is a little bit tricky in some areas because of narrow streets and one-way streets. Would recommend it again”

“After being in three overcrowded and tourist-choked cities in France (Paris) and Spain (Barcelona and Valencia), the “Venta del Alano” in Durcal (close to Granada) was an oasis in every way. First, the house sits at the edge of a very quiet small town a short distance from Granada. The house is extra spacious, with a big kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms (two with AC), two bathrooms (one is humungous), large landscaped patio, pool, wrap around terrace with patio furniture. “This Villa is a delightful well furnished villa.There were a couple of minor issues we had, but these were resolved quickly and to our 100% satisfaction.The only negative observation we have, although it did NOT affect our visit, is the spiral staircase upto the 3rd bedroom which is rather steep and not suitable for very young or elderly guests. This bedroom lacks an en suite and would necessitate trips up and down the spiral staircase to visit the toilet. I think this might be useful to point……

“Prachtig huis, het enige minpuntje het zwembad buiten is heel erg koud. Sue is echt fantastisch ze maakt het ontbijt en kookt geweldig daarnaast is ze zeer behulpzaam. Super verblijf voor grote groepen je hebt altijd genoeg privacy en het binnen zwembad is wel heerlijk warm. Het huis ligt op een prachtige locatie door de hoogte heb je iets wind wat erg lekker is in de zomer en het uitzicht is fantastisch.”

“We stayed at the villa as a family of 10. Gorgeous villa, with stunning views and good air in every room. Walkable distance from Almunecar, and taxis available if you don’t fancy the walk back. Spotlessly clean, and a great BBQ with seating and a bar. Welcome pack on arrival, which was a nice touch. We had fun playing pool, and table tennis. Useful to have a car to explore. Parking is on the side of the road, but this isn’t an issue. ”
