- Parking is located uphill from the cottage, and the entrance is approximately 100 yards from the designated parking area. Guests should be comfortable walking on uneven terrain, hills, and stairs. If you have mobility concerns or prefer accommodations with easier access, this property may not be the best fit
- Please note that this cottage is over 100 years old and located in a wooded, natural setting. While it is regularly treated and maintained, occasional insects or wildlife visitors (such as ants) may find their way indoors
- Please note that this cottage offers a semi off-grid experience. Internet access is provided via Starlink and a Verizon 4G LTE hotspot, but connectivity may be limited. Cell phone service varies by carrier and can be intermittent, especially during inclement weather. Guests are encouraged to bring downloaded entertainment or DVDs during their stay
- Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the supervision of any children during their stay. Due to the property's waterfront location and natural surroundings, it is recommended to purchase travel insurance
- Diving is strictly prohibited. The lake bottom is shallow and rocky, creating a significant risk of injury
