The only issue is that there was not ventilation in the bathroom however the rest was good I didn't notice any mold and the area around the place was lovely

HAD a great stay.

Property was well kept very clean rooms. My Children loved it because it feels like home, Easy access to the town centre. My Only problem was parking, there was a car park but we were not allowed to use it for whatever reason I don’t know, we had to look for a public pay car park which was just across the street. Overall it was a great experience and you will love it especially with your family. I recommend it . 👍

Apartment was spot on, customer service was 10/10. We saw the cleaners on the way and they were lovely too. I must admit we didn’t utilise the apartment as would have liked, but its really nice and we’ll be back for sure

OK for 1 night.

Apartment was spacious and very central to the city centre. Apartment had everything you'd need for a stay. Could have done with a more thorough clean before we arrived. Apartment was in very close proximity to a rail way line which kept some of us awake.

We booked two apartments unfortunately towels provided in one so we had to lone to the others. One of the apartments was well decorated, another sermed poorly decorated. Reasonably good value considering the cricket was on.

Beds are not comfortable. Bath rooms are not clean and shower head is very poor. Flooring is very cold. Very noice from front restuarant. Sofas are not clean and very old and covered with old bed sheets to cover the dust.

The shower was broken which made the water pressure and temperature fluctuate constantly. The pictures on the website are not what the flat looks like. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Overpriced for what the flat is.

Large flat in the city center near everything. The alley where the entrance is was very dirty with dodgy people squatting at times. The flat itself is very average. The shower door was moldy and the bathtub faucet didnt work. The TV was larger than the stand and felt very unsafe around young children. Communication with the management was slow but successful. We didn’t complain about the shower or the TV. Overall our stay was average but being near everything made our trip more enjoyable.

Good location, great apartment.

Having read the reviews I was a bit dubious before our stay. But it was great. Check in was super easy, exactly as per the instructions. The apartment was spacious and clean. Lots of towels, bedding was fine (though a couple more pillows would have been appreciated!). The crockery selection is a bit mixed but was workable for what we needed. The location is excellent. Yes there are some homeless people in the area, but this is true of the whole of Leeds City centre and at no point did we find this a concern to our safety. The trains did not disturb as as some have said. You can hear them but not loudly or enough to cause disturbance. There is a co-op right next door and it is walking distance to loads of bars and restaurants. I would stay here again and thought it was perfectly good for the price paid.

Great location apartment

Stayed with friends for a night out. The apartment is in a Great location, walling distance to train station and nightlife. There was 5 of us and although the apartment is a good size, we were disappointed with the bed options for the price we paid. Overall the apartment did the job and I would recommend but think the price we paid was rather high.

Not very nice and dirty

I had to spend an hour phoning hotel.com and accommodation to gain access code. The apartment was grubby, had old dirty towels, no WiFi code and is below a train track. The view from the window is a wall and gravel covered in cigarette ends and empty gas cylinders. The whole flat smelled of cigarette smoke and each smoke detector was covered by latex gloves. The entrance to the flat is dark and dingy and seems popular with the homeless.

Excellent location. Good security. Comfortable and clean. One improvement would be to ensure the kitchen is better supplied. There was only one wineglass and three tall glasses - bearing in mind there were four of us staying, this was challenging. Cleaning cloths for the kitchen would also be useful. Pillows were very flat - would benefit from two per sleeping place. These were small things to improve. Generally an excellent apartment, well located.

The property was run down and in a poor state overall.. There was a hole in a door , the carpet were very dirty and the blinds didn't work. There was also not enough sleeping space for 6. There was also washing in the washing machine, which incidentally had the cupboard facia missing.

Wouldn’t stay again

The pictures of the property looked lovely and was really excited for our stay. However when we got there, there were marks all over the wall and roof, a squashed wasp left on the window. The toilet seat wasn’t even attached to the basin. The shower wasn’t the best either, you had to hold in a button to keep the freezing cold or boiling hot water working. The neighbours were smoking lots of weed, which is all we could smell as soon as we left the apartment. There was hundreds of flies in the corners along the hallways. The beds weren’t at all comfy. The description said there were 2 sofa beds, when in actual fact, there was only 1 sofa bed. There was a slab of meat left in the freezer and a medical syringe left in the fridge. There was what seemed to be a punch in the door of the bathroom. A light fixture was hanging from the ceiling with exposed wires, which didn’t sit well with us.
