“This is a nice studio just minutes from town. It was super quiet. It's set back from the owners home with a nice wooded view. It had everything I needed for my stay. Internet worked great with a decent size tv, full size fridge, electric range and plenty of hot water. I'll be staying here when I'm in town.”

“The owner was a very poor communicator. I did not get a response for three days prior to the rental when questioning about amenities. I only heard from her a few hours before check in. The check in process was difficult. She sent the code separate from the instructions. The code was for the back, not the front. It was very confusing. The house was in poor shape and the cigarette smoke smell was overwhelming. It was clean though. One night I heard gun shots, the next night there was a fight at 2……
