「When we checked in, the staff were helpful. We got to our first room, yes, I said first room, & the state of the room was unfit for dwelling. There was water damage on the ceiling with parts of it falling down, the same was in the bathroom. There was molding coming away from the wall in the room, carpeting was ripped by the back door, the shower wouldn't turn off so there was a stream of running water. 「The lobby was clean. My room had an odor and dust was on the coffee maker and the ice bucket lid. Under the sink in the bathroom is very dusty. Bathtub needs to be replaced. Very discolored and nasty looking. Carpet needs shampoo.」
