「予約した場所に行ったら、部屋がなく、他に変更されメールでも電話での問い合わせも出来ず、30分近くスーツケースを押しながら地図を頼りに探し、やっと辿りついたアパートメントはエントランスフロア、階段、共有部分は工事中。部屋は水回り工事が未完成でシャワーを浴びた後、洗面所の床に水が漏れて来て、大変な状態。訴訟も辞さない程の最悪なホテルでした。エクスペディアでホテルを予約したのですが、アパートメントで、記載されたホテルの部屋とは全く別のアパートメントでした。 最悪です」
