Nice annual getaway with childhood friends

Everyone had a place to sleep and be comfortable. A bit unkept in areas. Overall a good time

Great location!

Great location! Spacious! Bedrooms and baths were clean. Window sills inside and outside had dead bugs and webs on them. The outside had not been cleaned in a while. Vines growing up through front porch floor. We had to clean porch furniture before we could sit down.

Comfortable Lake House for Large Group

Main house is great. Comfortable and well equiped. Beautiful location on Lake Murray. Wonderful porch looking onto the water. The outside of the house especially down around the patio needs to be cleaned for the summer season. Management responded to minor issues with garden lights etc. These are minor and the main house was perfect for our graduation week at Lake Murray which is beautiful.

Perfect for our Family

The upstairs/downstairs setup was perfect for us. The living space upstairs was spacious and allowed for the family to be doing different things but still be all together. Winter arrived in full force, but the firepit became the outside huddle spot. Cornhole (and TV) covered something for everyone. We brought a TV from home since outside TVs weren't working. We will return.

Beautiful large Lake House

What a wonderful house for our family! All our older kids stayed downstairs, while the rest of us were upstairs. It's a fantastic layout for a large group or family. The shared boat dock is well set up for bringing a boat rental & a seadoo in. Marina to get gas is pretty close by as well. There are many wonderful things about the house and exterior areas to enjoy when not out on the lake. We ordered groceries from Publix to be delivered, as you are about 15-20 minutes away from shopping needs. We tried to plan so we wouldn't have to leave the lake. The only negative for us was that the exterior wasn't cleaned at all. It needs a deep clean with a pressure washer. We just made the best of it and did our best to clean up the exterior with a vacuum and broom so we could use the space. My son fixed the exterior TV and string lights so we could watch college football and enjoy dinner with everyone on a Saturday night outside - the space is wonderful!

Spring Break 2025

We enjoyed our stay at your very spacious and peaceful home by the lake! It’s just what we needed to enjoy Spring Break with our two teens. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and everything we needed was within a reasonable distance. Thank you :)
