Whether you're swimming under the sun or lounging poolside with a drink in hand, the views are simply breathtaking.
Outdoor living is at the heart of Blue Breeze. An elegant open-plan dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and charcoal BBQ invites al fresco meals under the stars, while a cozy fire pit lounge offers the perfect setting for relaxed evenings and meaningful conversations. A second charcoal BBQ is also available at the adjacent guesthouse for added convenience.

Inside the main villa (House Blue Breeze), you'll find 4 spacious bedrooms:
– Three rooms with 160cm double beds
– One room with two single beds (90x200) that can be joined to form a double
In addition, there's a play & TV room, designed for entertainment and comfort for all ages.
The villa includes 4 sleek modern bathrooms, all featuring elegant finishes and minimalist design. Natural island elements, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, and curated furnishings create a serene and airy ambiance throughout the space.

Year-round comfort is guaranteed thanks to the state-of-the-art VRV central cooling and heating system. Guests will also enjoy premium branded towels and linens, high-end amenities, and thoughtful touches throughout the home.

For peace of mind, the property is equipped with an alarm system and surrounding surveillance cameras. Free on-site parking is available for two cars and motorbike space.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

Please note:
• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
• An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.
