Family of 5 (aug 2025). This could be a fantastic property, and I think it was in the past but unfortunately, it’s been unloved for a long long time I would say that some of the photos are from several years ago The outside area is very overgrown and neglected, weeds in the cracking patio, trees so overgrown you can’t see the views and more importantly they block the sun out for most of the day You do get sun around 1pm (mid-August) then it becomes shade around 3pm. The flower beds are full of old leaves, rubbish, and weeds not as attractive as the old photos show. The two benches that you have are both broken (wood slats falling off or snapped) and you can’t sit on them. pizza oven has big cracks and broken concrete plus the metal door is jammed shut (I think it’s holding it together) the bbq is very old , rusty and has broken legs ( note no bbq tools) the pool is very old and due to overgrown trees is full of leaves, figs and olives ( the pool guy came every 2 days and did a great job but the filter can’t cope) Inside the villa was very clean but very musty None of the shutters closed well enough to block out sunlightGetting to villa, It’s done a very steep and very narrow twisting road that the locals use to park in very awkward spots The neighbor above the villa has a dog that likes to bark a lot and very early in the morning Below the villa there is a new building and another in constructionIt just needs a lot of love again! Not currently worth the price charged
