「Our rooms a/c was broke. They moved us to a different room. The problem was the room they moved us to was so close to the highway all you could hear was cars raving there engines all night.」

「Hot water in the shower didn’t work, I tried calling down to the front desk but the phone wasn’t working either. On my way out for the day I let the front desk know and they had it fixed but somehow that messed with the toilet and the toilet was making a ridiculously loud noise all night every 10 min, making it impossible to get good sleep. Again, couldn’t call the front desk for help without having to walk down there myself, which I just didn’t do because it was 11pm. Nice aesthetic hotel but...

「Great location, great staff! Beds are horrible, TV’s and remotes were mostly not working. Rooms could use an update.」

「Hotel is good, receptionist is very polite and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Certainly, i will come back for my next trip. One short note, the restaurant people seems not too friendly and arrogant when we were asking for done water and forks.」
