Super séjour !

Nous avons passés une semaine superbe dans ce logement qui dispose de tout le nécessaire pour subvenir aux besoins d'une petite famille ! L'emplacement est géniale avec l'océan à 5 minutes à pied et le bassin à 10 minutes idéal pour pécher etc. Christophe est un hôte très chaleureux et soucieux de ces locataires. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir ! Merci pour votre accueil et sympathie !

Emplacement idéal, et hôte très sympathique. Nous avons passé une super semaine avec nos 2 enfants(2ans et 3 mois). Plage de l’horizon accessible à pied; plage des Americains et marché à moins de 5 minutes en vélo, le top!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans la petite maison de Christophe. La maison est très bien située. Nous allions surfer à pied, ce qui est pratique lorsqu’on a des enfants. La maison est proche de tout et avons profité beaucoup de l’extérieur et de tous les conforts que Christophe a mis à disposition dans sa belle maison. Mais nous avons particulièrement adoré échanger lors de notre arrivée avec Christophe. Nous avons adoré l histoire de sa maison, sa vie et ses expériences. C’est un vrai coup de cœur que nous avons eu. Généralement on ne voit pas les propriétaires des maisons, mais prenez le temps pour échanger avec Christophe c’est une perle! Merci pour tout et à très bientôt.

Nous avons passé une semaine pendant les vacances scolaires d'avril, et ce fut une semaine absolument merveilleuse. La location est idéalement située au Cap Ferret, et nous n'avons rien à redire sur le logement, qui est parfaitement optimisé et très confortable. Il est rare de trouver une location de cette qualité, et nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer Christophe, qui nous a expliqué toute l'énergie qu'il met dans son logement pour notre plus grand bonheur.

Appartement idéalement situé pour aller notamment à la plage de l’Horizon (surveillée pendant la saison) à pied. Douche extérieure sur la terrasse à l’abri des regards très pratique. Cuisine bien équipée

perfekte lage um das cap zu entdecken

optimale lage zwischen atlantik und bassin! alles ist zu fuß oder mit dem rad erreichbar. das haus ist sehr praktisch, gemütlich und ruhig gelegen, trotz der zentralen lage. ausgezeichnete und unkomplizierte kommunikation und schlüsselübergabe. außerordentlich sympathischer vermieter! merci beaucoup christophe !!!

Une maison à l'abri des regards, très bien située entre bassin d'Arcachon et océan. Très fonctionnelle et bien équipée, il y a tout sur place (commerces à quelques centaines de mètres, marché/boulangerie à 10 minutes à pieds...) Au calme, vous serez très bien accueillis (même à distance) par Christophe qui est aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Superbe région sous le soleil.A recommander !

une bonne adresse au Ferret

Conforme aux descriptifs du site Abritel, et les photos le reflet de la réalité. Logement très agréable, spacieux, parfait pour 4 personnes, très bien équipé , jolie vaisselle, tout est en très bon état (un petit bémol sur le bbq un peu léger et petit pour 4 personnes mais que le propriétaire va remplacer). Propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute. Emplacement très bien, proche des plages et du village. Une très bonne adresse à recommander.

Es war von der Größe für uns genau richtig. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, man hat alles, was man benötigt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Strand ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Es war wunderschön.
