Lovely property, 1 bedroom villa is very spacious and clean with a clean, good size pool. The staff are amazing. The on-site cafe/restaurant food is very good, breakfast is also served here or can be ordered to the villa it is fresh and plentiful with a good coffee. The outdoor kitchen is basic and no cooking facilities this was fine for us as we weren't there to make food.

Abia Villas is a beautiful property with wonderful kind staff. Great location for easy walking down to Kuta or up to Seminyak. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The pools are large and very refreshing after long hot walks. The privacy is excellent. 4 bottles of water supplied each day, turn down service and mozzie coils lit for you when you return after dinner. The little things are a lovely touch and make you feel well looked after and welcome. We love Abia Villa and would always choose to stay here. Thankyou Abia staff.
