Had some toilet and hot water issues which were quickly fixed by great staff. Required medical care and they organised for me. Pool is excellent as it gets sun all day. surrounding area has lots of shops and restaurants and is a short walk to the beach. Staff are very attentive.

Loved the location, the pool and customer service, and the affordable price! The rooms are not luxurious, but it’s a great hotel if you are looking for a comfortable enough short stay close to the Legian and Double Six Beaches, they are both within 10-15mins walk.

Staff are wonderful. I love how quiet it is and not like a big resort. Beds are very comfortable but pillows need an upgrade as well as sheets and towels. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained as are the gardens. Recommend if you enjoy a quiet restful holiday

Great quiet little property in a safe and convenient location. Amazing staff, beautiful traditional garden and pool area. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Room and linen probably need an update but everything was very clean and tidy. Would recommend if you are happy with the simple things in life.

We booked a standard room, we moved twice in a matter of hours as the rooms are sub standard and I will not book the standard rooms again, we would have moved to a new hotel if not moved to a standard bungalow on the second night If you do not want to be disappointed don’t book those room types The standard bungalows are acceptable and the superior rooms are nice Breakfast was very simple and after 2 weeks got very boring, eggs a sausage and a piece of bacon, fruit and 3 varieties of Asian food over a 3 day period, generally cold Pool was very nice, sun beds were old and broken and covers need upgrading Overall we had a good time at the resort and will come back, but only in the standard bungalows or above It won’t take much to improve the property but needs doing very soon

The rooms are very old and dated and the bathroom was not great. The towels need replacing. The pool bar is useless as the design means its unuable and drinks are made in the restaurant. The staff are polite but they always charge you maximum for everything, Taxi, drinks and food are overpriced. The breakfast is poor and I would recommend going elsewhere for food. This is a budget hotel, do not expect great things.

We left the next day due to the first room didnt even have a door lock it came with a padlock. We got moved to another room where water came back up the shower, flooded the bathroom floor and white stuff came out of drain area! no hot water, smelt like sewage. Wall paper was peeling off the wall everywhere and mould at the bottom of the air conditioner. We asked for a refund but as we had booked via Expedia they couldnt do this we lost $300 AUD as we moved to another hotel.
