"The hotel’s glory days are long gone. A few years ago, when I stayed there, it seemed like a decent place on the hotel map of Łódź. Today, apart from cleanliness and the very friendly staff, there’s little good to say. The rooms are cold, the furnishings are old, the TV barely works, and the water in the shower drains so slowly that it overflows before you’re done. The hotel also doesn’t offer a late check-out option. For one night, it’s manageable — but for a longer stay… there are better options for a similar price."

"Nice big caffee on the ground floor. However, parking the car was problematic - the downstairs garage is too small and the parking at the back was difficult to access and use, causing some major headaches. "
