"The night staff was rude and not very helpful also our toilet clogged and we had to plunge it ourselves"

"Clean room. Large bed. Nice shower. But our room smelled like stale cigarettes. The breakfast had both hot and cold choices. "

"Room was good, but shower didn’t work, when I asked them to fix it at 7:30 am, I was offered a different room but shower could not be fixed that day. Breakfast schedule stated it started at 7, but the person who works there was late and the shop didn’t open until 10 am. I did like a little balcony in the room, it was warm in the room and bed was comfortable. Pool was also available at any time, but I doubt its cleanness since maintenance is not top notch there."
