“The lake view was very nice. The weather was cold and windy, so we had limited opportunity to enjoy the lake. We didn't need the laundry service. The owner was very responsive to a problem with the internet service. He had the Spectrum technician at the house at 8 AM the next morning. The house accommodations were modern, clean and spacious. It was a perfect distance from the Letchworth State park. I found out too late about the golf course across the lake!”

“Maria is an amazing host to a beautiful property! Check-in was seamless, the property was very clean, easy to access, and the view of the lake was breathtaking. Maria left clear instructions, clean linens, fresh fruit, and granola bars and chocolates. We rented this property for my son's graduation. The property is less than 20 mins from the school. It was a perfect and relaxing place to get away and celebrate a beautiful event. I highly recommend this property for a weekend getaway and it was……

“Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations due to several issues with the property. The most concerning issue was finding mouse droppings in some of the kitchen drawers, especially where dishes and kitchen items are stored. The air conditioning was also not working in three of the rooms. To the host’s credit, they were responsive in sending someone to inspect it, followed by an HVAC technician. However, communication after that was lacking. I had to reach out for an update and was told……
