"Location is good, just a minute next to the station. Receptionists welcomed us with a sweet and kind smile. I like the welcome mint that placed at the lift lobby. The room (Suite) is very spacious. I like the shower very much. It relaxs me a lot after exploring the city. Suggest to add a door for the washroom and bathroom to give more privacy while someone is using them. People at Living Room can see the people naked after shower. We stayed at 11/F and found it is a bit complicated to get to that floor. We checked in at 12/F Reception. Take a lift down to 10/F and walked through a long way to get another lift to go up to 11/F. When I went for breakfast, I had to go that way too. It is a bit not convenience. My overall experience in this hotel is very good."
