「Amazing hotel everything was perfect! 」

「非常滿意飯店的品質和服務. 房間空間大、裝潢很新、很多插座方便手機設備充電. 服務態度親切. 對觀光客的缺點是離市中心較遠，搭捷運約25分鐘，以及沒有洗衣間，只能送洗服務. 整體住宿很滿意. 下次旅遊還是會選這間飯店.」

「Overall the hotel has a really cool design, the room is spacious, the amenities especially the shower gel and shampoo smelled maginificiant. However throughout the 3 nights I stayed there, there were constantly ‘knocking sounds’ on the wooden wall behind the bed which made falling asleep difficult. Told the reception about the situation and was told this happened very often and they had no idea on the solution. The other thing was that I sent an email to the hotel, the response was so slow...

「Pros: The hotel is next to Wibautstraat station which is a station that three train roles passed by, very convenient to travel to Amsterdam Centraal Station. Reception staffs are nice and friendly, they do solved all of my requirements. 「Receptionist were professional but not very warm, being polite but cold. The location was great, easy to walk to museums, shops, restaurants! The hotel is also very cosy and comfortable!」

「The water tap in the shower room is too tight and its surface is too smooth so that it's hard to turn on water, especially when taking shower and full of soap on hand...」

「The staff were very nice & helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room lighting was soft that made me have a good sleep. The only thing I want to comment is: I saw a small cockroach on the table and once I waned to catch it, it rushed back to the fold-up wooden plate. I was so shocked about that and the tidiness is needed to be concerned.」
