"Staff not helpful only young guy at night no air con windows no safety lock for child and manager was rude. Had to complain to hotels.com who got me a fan as was to hot in room. Lifts never available as staff constantly using and disabled. Would not stay again but if you don’t need a lift and don’t have children your ok,"
