Charming villa on one level, ideally located in a small village and welcoming, Coimbrao with its shops, 6 km from the beach and equidistant from the most important cultural sites (Batalha, Obidos ...) and cities ( Porto, Lisbon, Coimbra). The house offers all the amenities for a pleasant stay: private and secure pool, terrace in an orchard, barbecue. The capacity is 6 persons: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a lounge, a kitchen, a dining room, an office serving as a reading room, veranda.
All recreation available to you for an exceptional stay: walk along the coast on bike paths up Peniche, swimming in the sea or in the lagoon Erveidera, discovery of a unique heritage both in its conversation by his interest, fishing in the Atlantic, tasting authentic cuisine between land and sea, walks through the eucalyptus forests ....

Superbe maison

Vraiment sympa,Acceuil avec Benoît top au petit soin.Le grand jardin clos(top pour le toutou)La grande piscine et le grand jacuzzi et le terrain de boules top très bien entretenu.Réponse rapide du proprio.Bruit d'abonnement aux heures des repas, mais clairement tolérable.Pour information, bar et pharmacie dans le village. Ne cherchez pas de médecin il n'y en a pas pour le moment. Le mieux aller à Leiria clinique privée CUF (merci Benoît )Médecin : consultation 88.Voilà, je conseille cette belle maison qui en vaut de bien plus cher.

Draußen schlägt drinnen um Längen

Coimbrao selbst ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Umgebung, zu empfehlen sind u.a Alcobacar, Batahlha ,Ourem, Nazare und Peniche/Obidos und die Strände Peadrago. Lage des Hauses im Dörfchen eigentlich sehr ruhig, leider in Sicht-und Hörweite eine Hundezucht o.ä. ,daher manchmal sehr laut. Die Fotos der Anzeige entsprechen der Wahrheit....aber nahezu alles im Haus ist alt und leider stellenweise wenig gepflegt. Keine der Innentüren (incl. Bäder) schloss korrekt, aus den Schränken genommenes Geschirr musste erstmal gespült werden. Die Elektrogeräte funktionierten , ein paar Instruktionen wären aber hilfreich gewesen. Für den Gasherd war sage und schreibe ein Streichholz vorhanden , ansonsten gab es in den Bädern bei der Ankunft eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Draußen hat man dagegen genug schöne Sitzgelegenheiten direkt am Haus sowie auch an dem sehr schönen Pool.

Fantastic property

We had a great time in this village. It's so small and quiet but still close to a ton of things to do. Also very close to the beach and some fantastic seafood. My only suggestion is to put some screens on the windows. You can't keep the windows and shades open due to flies getting into the house. The homeowners were so kind and flexible, letting us check in early on our arrival date. I would recommend this house for a quiet stay in a very friendly village. Go to the local bakery, market, and sandwich shop. They're all fantastic.

Coimbrão ESPETACULAR ****

Propriedade muito bonita e super agradável. Tem uma combinação aconchegante entre o antigo/a madeira e o colorido dos detalhes. Todas as comodidades necessárias disponíveis. A beleza da propriedade é de ressaltar. Flores variadas, muitas árvores, relva em excelente estado, presença e canto de pássaros variados, a piscina espetacular (limpa, bom tamanho, boa profundidade e com jacuzzi). Adoramos passar oito dias reenergizantes aqui. A seriedade, simpatia e cordialidade dos proprietários nos agradou muito, responderam sempre rapidamente as questões colocadas. O gestor da propriedade também foi muito atencioso e disponível. Fazemos uma Otima apreciação da experiencia em Coimbrão.

Très belle maison située dans un petit village où bien évidemment la voiture est indispensable. Mais la localisation avec voiture est idéale. Un inconvénient majeur le chenil qui est mitoyen avec le jardin et dont les aboiements sont pénibles. Quant à notre logeur, je pense qu'il n'a pas l'habitude de prendre des locataires si tard en saison donc on ne l'a jamais vu même pas à l'arrivée ni au départ. Mais toujours accueillant et aimable au téléphone. Un petit hic supplémentaire l'abonnement télé résilier 5 jours avant notre départ. Mais très agréable maison

Schöner Garten

Fangen wir mit dem Garten an. Der Garten mit Pool ist herrlich. Der Pool ist schön groß, auf der Wiese läuft es sich sehr weich und die Pflanzen machen das Ambiente schön. Dazu kommt ein Häuschen mit Toilette und Dusche, mit warm Wasser. Auflagen für die Liegen wären noch wünschenswert. Das Haus ist funktional und grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Leider riecht es etwas muffig feucht. Vor allem in den Küchenschränken riecht es. Leider war es auch nicht so richtig sauber. Z.B.zwischen den Schränken und Herd. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, es könnten aber mehr Handtücher sein. So hatte jeder eins für alles. Die Matratzen waren alle sehr weich, bzw durchgelegen. Also war man morgens etwas verspannt beim aufstehen. Ein kleiner Hinweis, dass zwischendurch jemand im Garten ist, der sich in diesen kümmert, wäre nett gewesen. So war man etwas irritiert. Auch wenn der Herr wirklich nett war. Zum Schluss noch etwas sehr subjektives. Einige von uns haben nachts nicht gut geschlafen, weil ihnen das Haus oder etwas im Haus komisch vorkam. Langes nervöses wach liegen bis drei vier Uhr war die Folge. Wäre nicht erwähnenswert, wenn es nicht fast allen so gegangen wäre.

Bon séjour dans cette maison. Petit bémol, au niveau de l’entretien A notre arriver les draps n'était propre, la piscine pas entretenue, pas de chlore fond de piscine sale, mais la personne en charge de la propreté ne s’en ai pas occuper car le propriétaire n’etait Pas au courant. Sinon monsieur Perrin très gentil, très à l’ecoute Et disponible pars mail ou appel ! Sa maison es chaleureuse et ont y serais bien rester plus longtemps pour profiter de la piscine.

La villa en elle-même est super dommage le temps était pas au rendez-vous .nous n avons pas pu nous baigné l eau était froide et en plus la piscine était pas très propre. Les chambres rien à dire salles de bains rien à dire. Il y a un petit problème c est au niveau de la vaisselle qui était pas très propre sinon elle est très bien.

Fantastic villa lots of room inside and out

This is a great family villa all on one floor, 3 good sized bedrooms, a large kitchen with a big dishwasher and a washing machine but no kettle or toaster. Outside there is a shaded garden and patio with a table and chairs, a path leads through a lockable door (child friendly) to a huge garden with a good sized pool and sun bathing area with another table, chairs and lilos there is also a shower and toilet near the pool. The village has 2 cafe bars 2 small supermarkets and a pharmacy, a 10 minute drive takes you to the coast with lots of restraunts and snack bars. You will need a car if you stay here and there is secure off street parking. Correspondence with the owner was easy and trouble free as was dealing with owners direct, a local comes on Saturday to tidy up the gardens and maintain the pool, while we were there a lot of flying insects seemed to land in the pool but there was no access to a net to clean the pool yourself may be a net left near the pool would be useful. So to sum up do not hesitate and book this villa if you want to stay in a quieter part of Portugal near a small village with friendly, helpful locals close to the sea and some good seafood resteraunts. 5 stars.

Tout pour passer de bonnes vacances - Au top

Une très jolie maison portugaise tout confort (lave vaisselle, lave linge), un espace jardin très grand et très fleuri, un espace piscine au top. C'est une belle propriété très bien entretenue par un jardinier qui passe régulièrement durant le séjour. La maison est grande et donc chacun dispose d'un bel espace. Bien placée dans le village, à proximité de la poste, d'un distributeur bancaire, pharmacie, supérettes, bars, pain (attention ouvert que le matin), patisserie. Petit bémol, à proximité d'une autre maison avec de nombreux chiens qui aboient régulièrement dans la journée et la présence de petites mouches particulièrement agaçantes. Sinon, allez-y sans hésiter, vous ne serez pas déçu et passerez de très bonnes vacances. Propriétaire au top qui répond très rapidement à toutes les questions pendant le séjour. Peut-être serait-il utile de laisser un petit "guide" de fonctionnement de la maison ;-)
