This 3rd floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo (BEST golf course view in Magnolia Green) is centrally located a few miles from Historic Downtown Wilmington and 20-30 minutes from some of North Carolina’s most beautiful beaches. Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation is a 27-Hole golf course and is one of the best public course’s in the area.
    The condo has a full kitchen, a master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom. One additional bedroom with 2 full beds, and a full bathroom. This room is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge . All bed and bath linens provided. Screen porch with an amazing view overlooking the 15th Hole. The condo is equipped with WiFi for streaming your favorite shows and Washer & Dryer to make this your home away from home. We welcome month to month rentals for anyone looking to relocate to the area.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable . We were close to shopping and the waterfront. This is located in a quiet community with plenty of amenities.Any questions were answered quickly and I would recommend this condo . It was perfect for the week that we were in Leland.

The location was fantastic! Beautiful views from every window. There is a fully stocked kitchen, which was great though they are in need of new large cutting knives for meal prepping. The unit was very clean and just as pictured. The complex is very quiet, and the pools were clean and relaxing. The complex sits far back from 17 so you are not staying in the middle of all the action. We had a great stay; the only problem was the A/C was loud. We enjoyed walking around the community every morning looking at all the beautiful homes and the landscaping was impeccable. Close to Wilmington and short drive to a very nice quite beach town - Holden Beach.

Perfect Getaway

We were looking for a comfortable place to stay in Leland and very happy to find this condo. This was our second stay here and both times we found it to be very well maintained and extremely comfortable. On top of that the location is perfect for us, we will be back next time we visit Leland.
