    This property has been updated and is ready for you. Whether you are here for business or pleasure Magnolia Greens Plantation Getaway is sure to check all the boxes on your list. This 3rd floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo (BEST golf course view in Magnolia Green) is centrally located a few miles from Historic Downtown Wilmington and 20-30 minutes from some of North Carolina’s most beautiful beaches. Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation is a 27-Hole golf course and is one of the best public course’s in the area.
    The condo has a full kitchen, a master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom. One additional bedroom with 2 full beds, and a full bathroom. This room is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge . All bed and bath linens provided. Screen porch with an amazing view overlooking the 15th Hole. The condo is equipped with WiFi for streaming your favorite shows and Washer & Dryer to make this your home away from home. We welcome month to month rentals for anyone looking to relocate to the area.

Perfect Getaway

We were looking for a comfortable place to stay in Leland and very happy to find this condo. This was our second stay here and both times we found it to be very well maintained and extremely comfortable. On top of that the location is perfect for us, we will be back next time we visit Leland.
