“Was a nice little place kinda plain but did the job ”

“The place is cheaper than anything downtown. It is clean and new. Unfortunately, there is no onsite staff (everything operates via a web portal). I had no hot water during my 2-day stay. I reported this via email and there was a prompt response, saying it had been forwarded to onsite maintenance. After that, no one contacted me and nothing changed. Other guests did have hot water, so it would have been easy enough to switch me to another room. When I contacted them a second time, they offered……

“We really liked the layout. Especially liked the bedrooms & baths. The building was very quiet. I had sent a message asking if specific items were provided. Unfortunately that was not answered completely and so we brought items that we didn’t need. No dishcloth or sponge provided in kitchen and only 1 kitchen towel - that’s just not good. ”

“Great location just a few blocks from downtown. Many great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable beds for a relaxing getaway. Also a great base camp for day trips throughout northern Michigan. We highly recommend and will book when we return.”
