“Perfect stay for my partner and I. There's just enough room for 2 people, unless you have small children you don't mind sharing the King bed with. The arrival was a little confusing. We were told it was the door with the tree, however the tree was next to the main house door. The side patio, albeit private, was completely unusable. “What an excellent studio room. My host, Martha, was very responsive and frequently communicated with me throughout my 10-day stay to make sure everything was alright. “Amazing location to be in the uptown areas of hillcrest/univ heights/north park. The open concept with the garage door is nice and having laundry on site is convenient as well. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. Only issue was the walls are a bit thin and the tenants in the other units didn't seem to care that the front entrance door slams pretty loud. ”

“Cute little apartment in close proximity to where we needed to be. The mop & bucket were left in the kitchen, there were no trash bags, no central air, no hand towels and the upstairs people were loud running back and forth at all times of the night. The beds were comfortable, the shower was good and all the appliances worked. Need more outlets in the kitchen. ”
