"Gorgeous, lovingly refurbished hotel in a part of the city that is undergoing extensive renewal. Great courtyard, library, bar, dining room. Rooms beautiful, really comfy bed, nice balcony. 90% of the staff amazing and courteous. A couple of them though could do with retraining to bring them up to the level of their amazing colleagues.
