A fairly comfortable room, although walls are thin and noise travels easily. The pool provided much needed respite from the heat of Leon. The breakfast was also delicious!

Schönes Hotel mit angenehmer Größe und toller Lage. Wir hatten über Expedia gebucht, aber beim Check-in gab es ein Problem mit der Zimmerkategorie. Die Dame an der Rezeption war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit; leider brauchte der Inhaber mehrere Anläufe, bis wir endlich einchecken konnten, und schob das Problem auf Expedia. Er bot uns das eigentlich reservierte Zimmer nur gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr an. Schließlich bekamen wir das gebuchte und bezahlte Zimmer, aber der gesamte Vorgang dauerte etwa 30 Minuten, die wir mit unserem Gepäck in einer sehr warmen Lobby verbrachten. Der Check-in hätte reibungsloser verlaufen können, da die von uns über Expedia gebuchte Zimmerkategorie klar beschrieben und definiert war. Das Management sollte seine Angebote auf Expedia dringend aktualisieren – Gäste sollten nicht unter ungenauen Informationen leiden müssen. Sehr frustrierend, daher kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Sicherheit: grundsätzlich sicher, aber nachts/ abends könnte sich die nähere Umgebung für Alleinreisende Frauen unsicher anfühlen. Umgebung ist nicht ruhig: Nachbarn und Anwohner waren laut und haben abends oft laute Musik gehört.

The place is nothing like they present it in the promotional marketing… the entrance is an alley… no air conditioning in some rooms, no hot water, the bed has no quality sheets and pillows. The place is basically an old house converted to make money of turists. HOWEVER, the worst part is the lack of customer service training, the lady at the entrance desk is poorly trained, defensive , and could not care less about our concerns.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They helped us with rides to and from the property as well as excursions. The amenities are simple, but everything was very clean. The property was a little bit of a walk to popular destinations, but this made it a quieter stay as well.

HERVORRAGEND!

Das Al Sole ist mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir auf unserer Reise durch Nicaragua genießen durften. Wir haben mehrfach verlängert, weil wir uns weder von León noch vom. Al Sole trennen konnten. Die Unterkunft ist absolut sauber, das Personal unglaublich freundlich und die ganze Anlage nebst Garten und Pool unendlich liebevoll dekoriert und arrangiert. Wir sind schweren Herzens von dort weitergereist und können dieses Hotel von ganzem Herzen empfehlen.

The staff are lovely and very helpful. There are some areas for improvement, soundproofing is minimal, the pool isnt great and needs some attention, hot water in the shower and some touches like shampoo, free filtered water and fruit with breakfast would be nice and are pretty standard elsewhere in this price range.

Great place to stay!

My friend and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. It has a cute courtyard with a small pool, hammock, and plants. We felt safe there as there is a large door that is locked to the entrance to the street. The staff helped us get taxis and a shuttle from the airport. Walkable distance to the restaurants. There are bikes on property that makes it even easier to get around.
