“Everything was perfect except the elevator was broken. It was not a huge problem for us but for some people it would have been a nightmare. This property is quite large to only have one elevator”

“Would have liked a little more in the breakfast offerings. My room also had an odd spot on the floor that clearly was a bad install and was just covered. So you had this random jump in the room”

“We showed up to check in and the staff came out and greeted us. We did not have any issues with check-in. The lobby was decently clean when we went down the hallway to head to our room, We noticed bugs on the floor and a moldy smell. when we enter into our room there are bugs all over the floor, blankets are dirty, air conditioner doesn’t work, brown-sticky stuff all the way down the wall and on the floor, shower was dirty, and the fire alarm beeping because the battery is dead. I usually don’t……

“Steve and Karen are wonderful hosts. They are considerate and kind. Breakfast was delicious. We were serenaded with Steve on the fiddle and Karen on the washboard. Great fun. Enjoyable visit. ”

“Got to use the pool the first night we got there, but then they shut it down the rest of the week we were there because it had baby frogs in it. They have a gnat infestation on the whole second floor. They cleaned our room the second day and whatever they mopped with made our floors sticky. I asked for it to be remopped and the guy came up and said housekeeping didn’t want to waste a mop so he got down on his hands and knees with a spray bottle and rag to clean it. Guess what it didn’t work! I……

“I was put in a room that looked NOTHING like the pictures. Its was filthy, moldy, to of window unit was gone and thick mold growing all over it. Bathroom was filthy, is smelled bad, plus there was a door joining another room that was undisclosed, i had moved the mini fridge 1 for to eight in front of the adjoining door for safety. Cockroaches crawled on my feet!! It was extention dirty and unsafe for me, a woman, alone. I left 8 minutes into my stay and they won't refund me claiming I……

“Firstly, they advertise that they have breakfast but all you get is Coffee. My biggest issue is the $50 deposit that should be refunded was never refunded. Saw the transaction in my back account and it was pending a $0.00 refund so they are fully aware that they didn’t refund me, just made it look like a refund was coming my way.”

“The staff is accommodating. If you have concerns, bring it to their attention. They will take care of it. It looks like they are having work done which will improve things. I seen no evidence of any pool or exercise equipment... But the beds were clean and comfortable. I did check for bed bugs..there was none...the room was cold when I got in... The AC works very well...my room was huge...”
