「Good location, to go from a D to a B grade it could use new sheets, replace the cracked toilet seat, clean the blood off the front door, fix the broken board on the entrance stair, buy a replacement freezer door handle for the white Frigidaire refrigerator, put hangers in the closets and steam clean the carpets, probably can be done under $400」
