This charming terraced house on different levels is located in the heart of the small and characteristic Ligurian village of Serra di Lerici and offers an enchanting view of the famous Golfo dei Poeti. The area offers countless activities and attractions: In addition to excursions on foot or by bike along the numerous and impressive paths of the nearby Montemarcello Park, golf lovers will find a golf club about 6 km away, dominating the impressive Gulf of Lerici and its castle, whose profile seems to rise out of the sea. Here you are in one of the most popular and praised areas of the great literature of the 19th and 20th centuries (Byron and Shelley are an example of this), within the famous "Golfo dei Poeti", a colourful, unique and impressive coast with its green hills and crystal clear waters. The Versilia coast, with the famous town of Forte dei Marmi for shopping lovers, can be reached by car in just over an hour. And finally, the spectacular landscape of the villages of the "Cinque Terre", which can be reached both by train from La Spezia and by boat from the small harbour of Lerici via Portovenere with the archipelago of the island of Palmaria, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
