Tinetto is the perfect house for those looking for comfort thanks to private parking, amazing view of the Gulf of Lerici and elegant and refined atmosphere.

The house is newly constructed and will capture you with it's clean lines and beautiful external area.

It is perfect to watch the sunset and to enjoy a glass of ligurian wine looking at the Castle of Lerici.

The house is located on the second floor reached from the private parking as by stairs as by elevator.

At the entrance you will find the terrace with an amazing view and everything you need for the relax.

The house consists of a kitchenette and living room with sofa-bed; bathroom with large shower and bedroom.
