Es war geräumig genug für unsere Gruppe, und der Garten war ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen, Die Kinder liebten den Spielbereich, der sie unterhielt, während wir uns entspannten, Wir machten auch einen Tagesausflug zur Abtei Fontevraud, die absolut atemberaubend war, Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und sorgten dafür, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten, Würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

    De gite Cessigny is nog mooier en comfortabeler dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Het is met zorg en smaak opgeknapt en ingericht. Het is heerlijk ruim en er staan vele mooie grote kasten die bijdragen aan het franse plattelands gevoel. De 2-persoonsbedden zijn aan de smalle kant maar liggen goed. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de doucheruimte is netjes en werkt uitstekend. Het aparte toilet is ook comfortabel. De enorme omsloten tuin biedt veel privacy en beschutting. Het uitzicht via de poort is prachtig. De omgeving is landelijk met mooie vergezichten. Saumur, Abbey Fontevraud met een prachtige verzameling moderne kunst van de familie Cligman, de grotwoningen, museum Rabelais, wijndomeinen rond Chinon en de vele kastelen doen je niet vervelen.

    Mooie locatie, maar van binnen erg donker. De oude meubels zijn ook niet aan mij besteed, hoewel ze het wel passen. Goed, modern sanitair. Voor 2 mensen voldoende., maar beslist te klein als je met meer mensen bent.

    Beau séjour au pays de Rabelais.

    Située dans une région superbe, cette maison très ancienne est très agréable. C'est une vraie maison de famille, habitée , avec ses quelques défauts et ses grandes qualités. L'accueil , par Angelina, s'est près bien passé, avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Bref, excellent séjour. CT

    Een fijn en mooi ingericht huis! Een fijne keuken, prima bedden en een fantastische tuin. Een goede plek om met (jonge) kinderen naartoe te gaan. De tuin is volledig omheind en er is een glijbaan met schommels. In de omgeving is veel te bezoeken, kastelen en wijngaarden bijvoorbeeld. De aankomst en het vertrek verliepen soepel.

    Een heel mooi, oud en karaktiristiek vakantie huis. Het vakantie huis heeft een mooie ruime tuin en een prachtig uitzicht over het Franse platteland. De omgeving is zeer rustig. Je hoort enkel alleen de vogels fluiten en sporadisch een keer een auto . Het huis zelf is comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Uit onderzoek blijkt dat het huis gebouwd moet zijn in de 17e eeuw. De openhaard lucht hoort er dan een beetje bij en hebben wij zeker niet als storend ervaren. De ruïne die naast het vakantie huis ligt ( waar je niet in kan) is afkomstig uit de 14e of 15e eeuw. In de omgeving zelf is er een hoop te zien. Er zijn een hoop kastelen te bezoeken en uit het huisje zelf zijn zeer mooie wandelingen te maken. Kortom een heerlijke vakantie in een mooi huis en mooie omgeving. Wie op zoek is naar rust, houdt van wandelen en kastelen is dit absoluut een aanrader. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

    Ruime kamers, alles voorradig wat praktisch nodig is. Het meubilair is oud, maar met Franse charme, dus voor ons aangenaam. Een aantal kasten zijn nog volgestouwd en op slot. Aangezien we veel bijhadden, was het even zoeken naar de juiste organisatie. De badkamer is perfect, de keuken uitgerust met alle toestellen die nodig zijn, dus prima. Misschien is er toch eens een grondige opruimbeurt van doen van kastinhoud om meer beschikbare ruimte te creëren
