The staff was available 24 hours a day. Very friendly and willing to assist you with your needs. The shuttle drivers were on time and had great suggestions. The ski in ski out access was perfect. A special thank-you to Ariane (the manager): I accidentally left my ski jacket at the hotel, and she went above and beyond to help me ship it back to the U.S. Smooth, kind, and incredibly helpful. Truly outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend!

I would advice any visitor who have back issues to stay away from this property since the beds are pretty precarious. Our bed was very soft and bounce and the mattress springs could be felt in your body and face when laying down. Everuthing else is as spected. Great location for ski in-out.

Everything was above our expectations! Room 115 couldn’t with a mirror in the bedroom but apart from that what a wonderful stay! Perfectly placed for ski in and ski out. Will definitely stay again!
