Very nice duplex apartment, well-equipped with mountain view.

Has only double beds, perfect between friends or family.

This 57m2 apartment with balcony for 6 people, has 2 bedrooms, downstairs a bedroom with a 140 bed and bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. The upstairs bedroom has a 160 bed and another mezzanine bed in 140, a shower room with WC and dressing room for total tranquillity. The downstairs bedroom has a large wardrobe. Each bedroom is equipped with a television.



The living area consists of a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, 2 coffee makers (filter and nespresso), kettle, raclette and fondue appliance), as well as a sofa, a television and an internet connection.

The plus point of this apartment is having two real bedrooms with television, to be able to isolate oneself a bit to rest even when coming with family or friends.

An underground parking is included on floor -1 space no. 50, and a ski locker on the ground floor.

Residence Located at the foot of the slopes next to the Chamois ski lift, ski return to the doorstep.



The restaurant bar brasserie des Granges le KAKTUSS welcomes you all day long during the seasons, you can enjoy the fireplace corner in winter.

The spa is nearby and accessible during the winter season

Superbe duplex

Très bel appartement très fonctionnel. Beaucoup d'espace très agréable. Le seul point négatif c'est de ne pas pouvoir profiter du soleil sur la grande terrasse car l'emplacement est plein nord.
