「As a returning guest at Les Étincelles hotels for the third time, we unfortunately noticed a decline in the overall experience. We appreciated the room upgrade, and the location remains excellent—perfect ski-in/ski-out access for early and active skiers. The rooms are cosy and welcoming, although sound insulation could be improved as noise from neighbouring rooms is noticeable. 「Séjour incroyable. Le chalet est magnifique, la chambre triple très grande et hyper bien meublée. La mezzanine est un vrai plus. Le personnel est au petit soin. Excellent petit déjeuner avec des produits faits maison. Le sauna et le bain chaud extérieur sont parfaits après le ski. Merci encore !」

「Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated 」
