impeccable je conseille à tous

rien à reprocher: bien isoler contre le froid, bien équipé, mal isolé contre le bruit mais la construction date des années 60, donc si une petite note d'information pouvait être donnée à la remise des clés du genre" n'oubliez pas qu'il y a des enfants en bas âge dans la résidence qui ont besoin de plus de sommeil qu'un adulte etc...veillez au bruit lorsque vous rentrez tard etc..." parceque les repas bien arrosés jusqu'à 00h00 c'est un peu difficile à supporter (le ski ça fatigue et on a besoin de sommeil) le cinéma en bas de l'escalier c'est très confortable, la proximité de la croisette et des RDV ESF compensent largement ....à recommander
