I am skiing in France since 1989, and this apartment was the best, I ever stayed during my skiing vacations in the French Alpes: tiny, but conveniently located slope side, furnished with everything we needed during our ski trip. Everything was as described by the owner. There was no surprise and nothing to complain. We enjoyed it during our vacation.

Ski alpin

L'expérience de ski alpin dans les Alpes a surpassé mes attentes. Le studio a une vue réellement envoûtante sur la vallée des Menuires. Très petit, le studio est très ingénieusement agencé et ainsi très fonctionnel. J'espère revenir skier et je relouerais volontiers ce studio.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cet appartement récemment rénové, fonctionnel et bien situé. La résidence est calme et comporte un sherpa et des magasins de location de skis. A refaire!

très bon séjour

Appartement bien situé, au pied des pistes, remarquablement bien agencé et fonctionnel. Un peu petit pour une famille de 4 personnes. Terrasse au soleil avec vue sur les pistes et la station, il n'y manque qu'une petite table pour manger au soleil.

Superbe semaine dans cet appart très cosi, bien équipé,au pied des pistes et vue sur la Croisette,propriétaire très réactif et au petit soins pour ses hôtes. Seul petit bémol…manque peut être des chaises et une petite table sur le balcon pour profiter du soleil.

L'appartement n’avait pas dans de très bonnes conditions de propreté. Fromages très avancés dans le frigo, trace rouge (sang?) sur le bord supérieur du lit superposé, protège matelas taché, des cheveux sur les matelas, les protections de tabourets tachés, nous avons nettoyé le plus visible, passé l'aspirateur et donné un coup de propreté. Bref un bon séjour et un appartement agréable.

Au pied des pistes

Appartement calme, ski aux pieds, très belle vu sur le massif montagneux, balcon au sud, toutes les commodités à proximité dont certaines dans le bâtiment. Appartement de taille convenable pour 3 adultes et très bien équipé en matériel et appareils de cuisine.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio (3 personnes). Avant tout, le propriétaire est très sympa et nous a donné beaucoup d'indications pour nous rendre à l'immeuble. Il nous a même offert les draps et les serviettes car nous venions en train. Il répond très rapidement aux messages. Et enfin, il nous a même proposé de nous ramener en voiture à la gare le jour du départ. Le studio a un niveau d'équipement que l'on voit rarement dans ce genre de location : 4 plaques à induction rapides, four à porte froide, lave-vaisselle silencieux, machine Nespresso, grande télé 40", accès Internet de qualité, assistant vocal Amazon, Chromecast (Netflix et Canal sur la télé depuis l'iPad...), enceintes, veilleuses avec détection de mouvement (top pour notre fils de 7 ans)... Le studio était très propre. Les toilettes sont séparées, ce qui est rare pour des biens de cette taille. La salle de bain est moderne. Les lits se déplient facilement et en toute sécurité. Ils sont confortables. Le studio est orienté sud avec vue sur le massif de la Masse et la Croisette. Un casier à ski est disponible juste devant l'entrée du studio, pas besoin de descendre dans le local à ski. Une belle luge nous y attendait... sympa pour le fiston encore une fois. L'immeuble le Brelin est très légèrement excentré par rapport à la Croisette mais l'accès aux pistes se fait ski au pied, aussi bien départ que retour (la piste verte "La violette" et le télésiège "Tortollet" amènent devant l'immeuble). La galerie commerciale et le front de neige sont à 5 min à pied. Vous pouvez pratiquement vous passer de la galerie marchande dans la mesure où sont situés dans l'immeuble : 2 magasins de sport pour louer le matériel, 1 sherpa avec dépose boulangerie (le pain est bon et mention spéciale à la galette des rois faite maison !), 1 bar et 1 pizzeria. Les commerçants de l'immeuble sont tous très sympas. Si nous sommes amenés à revenir aux Ménuires, nous reviendrons sans hésitation dans ce studio.
