The apartment is located on the 6th floor, close to the sports center: swimming pool, sauna, balneotherapy, hammam, basketball, badminton, table tennis, volleyball, squash, gym & fitness area, Fun Park (children’s playroom), and the Caron shopping gallery.
Parking P1 is located just beneath the residence, allowing you to unload your luggage easily, directly accessible via the residence’s elevator. This closed and secure parking is equipped with charging stations for electric cars. It is paid parking, about €90 per week, to be reserved separately on valthoparc.com..
The apartment is located 50m from the bus station. Close to all amenities: Carrefour supermarket, bakery, ski pass office, restaurants, ski rental shops…
