Néanmoins, l'état de certains équipements en particulier dans la salle de bain seraient à revoir (poignée de douche, pommeau de douche écaillé et coupant, fuites parois de douche...). Dans la cuisine l'équipement est au minimum et assez désuet. Une des deux chambres mériterait la mise en place de rideaux occultants pour ne pas être réveillé à 6h du matin...”
