Large new chalet in the center of Deux Alpes - indoor pool and hammam

Our project was to transform the old school of the 2 Alps located at the foot of the slopes into 2 luxury semi-detached chalets. Our chalet "Le Préau" is located on the right side of the photo.
The work ended in December 2018, and we welcomed our first guests in February 2019.

- ABSTRACT :
• NEW CHALET built in 2018, 8 rooms on two floors, living area 250 m2
• IDEALLY LOCATED in the center of Les Deux Alpes resort at the foot of the slopes; ski lifts, ski schools, tourist office, restaurants, shops and supermarket in the immediate vicinity
• 6 BEDROOMS (15 PEOPLE) with adjoining bathroom / WC
• Heated INDOOR POOL (private) with hammam and Italian shower
• LARGE TERRACE on the R + 1 facing south + GARDEN in the DRC
• CLOSED GARAGE for 1 car, bikes etc., and 3 private outdoor parking lots


- CHARACTERISTICS :
• ENTRANCE: equipped with benches, dry ski boots / gloves, ski rack
• KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating
• DINING ROOM: Large wooden table for 16 people, underfloor heating
• LIVING ROOM: 1 large corner sofa and armchairs, large wood-burning fireplace, 55 '' flat screen TV Orange TV + Freeview, SONOS system music, underfloor heating
• BATHROOMS: 5 en-suite bathrooms, each with shower or bath, sink, and WC
• WC: 1 additional WC / sink on the ground floor
• BEDROOMS 1 & 2: Master bedroom, 1 double bed 160x200 cm & an independent sleeping area with 2 bunk beds 80x190 cm, adjoining bathroom (sink / walk-in shower) & WC, TV, underfloor heating
• BEDROOM 3: 2 single beds 90x200 cm (or 1 large double bed 180x200 cm), adjoining bathroom (sink / bathtub) & WC, TV, mezzanine with 2 single beds 90x200 cm
• BEDROOM 4: 2 single beds 90x200 cm (or 1 large double bed 180x200 cm), adjoining bathroom (sink / shower) & WC, TV, mezzanine with 2 single beds 90x200 cm
• BEDROOM 5: 1 double bed 160x200cm, adjoining bathroom (sink / shower) & WC, TV
• BEDROOM 6: 1 double bed 160x200 cm, adjoining bathroom (sink / shower) & separate WC, TV
• POOL / SPA: Heated indoor swimming pool (private) with hammam and Italian shower, SONOS system music
• TERRACE: Terrace on the R + 1 facing south with deckchairs
• MULTIMEDIA: Free Wi-Fi, large 55 '' flat screen TV connected + Orange TV + TNT with DVD player in the living room, Hi-Fi system with SONOS system in the living room and swimming pool, 32 '' flat screen TV with TNT channels in each bedroom
• EQUIPMENT: Induction hob, fan and pyrolysis oven, microwave, toaster, raclette, kettle, classic coffee maker and Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, towel dryer, ski boot / gloves dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board
• EXTERIOR: Closed garage for 1 car and 3 private outdoor parking lots, charger for electric car

Excellent property in ideal location
The chalet was everything we could have asked for. Property manager was helpful and very efficient. The location was absolutely perfect for the Champame ski lesson meeting point - less than a 5 minute walk. Lots of local amenities nearby. A very spacious and well thought out chalet with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was ideal for the children after a morning of ski lessons. We can’t wait to return.
