We had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the room was exactly as expected from the photos. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location made it very easy to get around the city. Everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again.

Placemakr was such a great option for my first time staying in New York. They were very good at communicating and they are accommodating! We were able to leave our bags at the front desk before our room was ready which was really nice so we didn’t have to have our luggage with us while we went around the city. The place feels clean and safe. As someone that was a little nervous of what areas to stay in in New York, the area where the hotel is located was nice and felt safe. It’s really close to subway stops so getting to other places in the city is easy! Would definitely stay here again!

"The stairs in the Lodgy part are quite steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. The hotel caters to an active crowd and has a fantastic outdoor area with seasonal entertainment. It also has a locked cage for safe motorcycle parking."

"The property was fine, 8-10 min walk to the gondola.It's a large apartment and a one bedroom with a bed in the living room.Issue is that the property did not correspond at with the listing on the website. The owner does not want to do changes to make it accurate...None of the photos are matching ..."
