Resort "Les Clos du Rocher", 3 storeys. 8 houses in the resort. 116 apartments in the residence. 300 m from the centre of Les Eyzies de Tayac, 45 km from the centre of Périgueux, 22 km from the centre of Sarlat-la-Canéda. For shared use: property (fenced) with plants and trees, swimming pool heated, fenced (15 x 7 m, depth 80 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, boccia. In the complex: reception, fitness room, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop, supermarket 300 m. Nearby attractions: Grotte de Lascaux 25 km. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. Très bien situé

au centre d'une région bourrée d'histoire. L'hébergement est très bien tenu et le personnel fort sympa. Seul petit bémol, le bruit des travaux d'entretient du jardin. (Machines à moteur thermique utilisées quasi tous les jours parfois plusieurs heures en ce début juin 2023.

Emplacement du logement "très médiocre, matelas de celui-ci, très dur, batterie de cuisine vétuste, annoncé avec télévision qui n'a pas de réception bien que le wifi est installé dans la résidence. Parking plein en septembre ! Que dire de plus...le personnel est à l'écoute et bienveillant.

Great holidays

The accommodation was very good, practical and comfortable. Swimming pool nearby and loads to do in Dordogne. Beautiful scenery and very nice French people and French food is top quality. Would love to go back there.

Ferienwohnung der kurzen Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral zu den vielen Chateaus, Höhlen und den vielen Märkten, die man unbedingt besuchen sollte. Leider fehlte bei der Beschreibung der Wohnung der Hinweis auf die Größe der mitzubringenden Bettwäsche. 140 cm Betten sind in Deutschland unüblich. Wie in jeder unserer bisherigen Ferienwohnungen waren auch hier die Messer stumpf. Dafür konnte man im immer sauberen Swimming pool planschen.

Si vous aimez l'histoire et les promenades à pied ou en vélo, vous êtes au bon endroit. L'appartement est bien, mais les parkings sont insuffisants. Cela n'empêche pas de passer de bonnes vacances.

Bonne résidence dans l'ensemble. un peu excentré du village donc au calme mais assez proche pour aller au village à pieds. C'est le point très positif. Le personnel, à l'écoute et agréable est également le point positif. L'appartement était très fonctionnel. A revoir, La piscine qui ne fonctionnait pas mais avec tout ce qu'il y avait à visiter, c'était superflux. En revanche, la télé ne reçevait pas toute les chaines. Ce point était plus décevant.
