In hindsight, this apartment was probably the best choice of all the MANY units we researched.Location: As good as it gets, 15–20 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, and one minute in any direction to plenty of food. Grocery stores five minutes away.Basement bedroom: Comfortable/small but down a narrow, switchback staircase. Not ideal for...

「Marcello is great- easy to communicate with. We really liked the unit. It is modern and the outdoor area is a bonus. The bedroom my husband and I stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. There are screens to make the bedroom seem private, but there is no door. It wasn’t an issue for us, but if 2 couples need lots of privacy, one will be a little disappointed. Even still, I recommend the home and would stay there again. 」

「Olivier was possibly the most gracious host one could imagine. He provided some valuable suggestions based on my needs and every single suggestion worked out to give me the Parisian visit I had long dreamed of. The studio apartment is clean, charming and centrally located to a number of Metro lines. I was literally a 30 minute trip to everything in central Paris. I had two minor issues in my month long stay and Olivier was responsive and prompt in his communications.I cannot even begin to speak...

「The property was exactly as described in the listing. It was charming, conveniently located and perfect for our family. We were within walking distance to many locations and could easily reach the metro for other sights. This is the perfect location for a stay in Paris. We were appreciative of Susan checking in with us during our stay to be sure all was well. 」

「Very spacious apartment with 1.5 baths and air conditioning. 4th floor apartment, but with an elevator. Located across the street from a park, and in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Less than two blocks from metro station. Kitchen was a little tight, but we only used it to make coffee and snacks.」

"洒店位置 La Motte - Picquet Grenelle 車站，步行大約10分鐘，可到戰神廣場欣賞巴黎鐵塔，附近也有很多Coffee Shop。房間整潔窗外更可看見艾菲爾鐵塔，洗手間雖然比較細，但整潔度也不錯。入住時正值夏天，房間也有冷氣抵讚。可惜一點是，如果你需要寄存行李，需要自費到-1層寄存行李。"

"除了地點好以外沒有任何優點。提前到要收early check in費用（提前3小時收20歐元，2小時15歐元1小時10歐元），寄行李一件5歐元。住宿四晚沒有一天來整理房間（要求整理要收15歐元），房間極小行李箱幾乎打不開，連吹風機都沒有，要去櫃檯借。早餐沒有任何熱食，只有咖啡跟熱水。太晚去吃（8點出頭）很多盤都空了也不積極補食物。總之，這是一間打著環保減碳而完全無任何服務的酒店，跟飯店名稱Easy很符合，但房價一點都不Easy…."
