Just 45 minutes from Troyes, at the gateway to Burgundy, welcome to Les Riceys, in the heart of Champagne, a place steeped in history and character. Discover our cottage, adjoining another cottage that sleeps 7 (both can be rented together for groups of up to 15 people, including babies and children), nestled in a magnificent 15th-century stone house that has been tastefully renovated to blend authenticity with modern comfort. Let yourself be charmed by the character of this exceptional building: exposed stone walls, antique beams, spacious and cozy interiors, and tasteful decor. Every detail has been carefully considered for your comfort. The cottage offers all the amenities you need for a stay with family or friends, in a peaceful and charming setting. You’ll also enjoy easy access to local shops, restaurants, and the region’s treasures: Champagne vineyards, idyllic walks, historic sites, and, of course, the famous wine cellars of Les Riceys. On the first floor, you’ll find a living area with a sitting/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a master bedroom with a private bathroom (extra-flat shower pan, sink, and toilet). Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom (160x200 beds) and a family bedroom (160x200 bed + 90x190 bed + 70x160 children’s bed on the mezzanine), a bathroom (extra-flat shower pan, sink, toilet), and a relaxation area with books and games. Each bedroom has its own television. Outside, you’ll have access to a shared, enclosed courtyard (shared with the other cottage), complete with patio furniture, a parasol, a lounge area, and a barbecue… Video surveillance is only at the courtyard entrance. Free parking is available on the street or 50 meters away. Heating, electricity, sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price of your stay.
