Beautiful studio facing the sea, brand new, in the heart of the district of Presidents in Les Sables d'Olonne, seaside resort famous for its Vendée Globe.

The beach of the Presidents is 100m from the apartment, 2 steps from the city center, markets and shops, 5 minutes by bus from the station.



Magnificent ocean views! There is nothing left to put your towel on the sand, a change of scenery guaranteed .



Studio of 22 m² renovated and ideally located.

You will be charmed by the ocean view.

The Presidents' district has all the local shops (Poissonnerie, Boucherie, Charcuterie, Boulangerie, Fromagerie, Carrefour City, etc.)

The bike path "Vélodyssée" is at the foot of the building.

Located on the 4th floor with elevator.

WIFI

Linen and toilet provided. Shower gel and shampoo available.

The cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the places and the beach until the end.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Appartement und wieder ganz glücklich dort. Es ist alles wie beschrieben, ein Ort, an dem man sich zuhause fühlen darf. Es ist wirklich nichts für Leute mit großem Platzbedarf, aber es wirkt alles sehr frei durch den Blick aufs Meer.

Der Check-In und die Betreuung waren toll: herzlich, prompt, hilfreich, persönlich. Das Apartement ist wirklich klein, aber nicht eng. Und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, zum Beispiel gibt es hübsches Geschirr. Alles ist genau so, wie es die Fotos zeigen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour L'appartement est très agréable, joliment décoré avec toutes les commodités (cafetière nespresso, thieire, grille pain...) . Le lit est très facile à déplier et très confortable. Superbe vue sur la mer. Le balcon est tout simplement parfait. Local vélo très appréciable si on a loué des vélos ce qui était notre cas. Petite cave si on veut descendre sa valise et avoir plus de place. Machine à laver sur place Wi-Fi L emplacement est ideal. Calme. Restaurants juste en bas tres bon tout comme le poissonnier boucher et boulanger. Carrefour juste en face ce qui est extrêmement pratique. Accueil parfait. Départ possible qd on le souhaite du fait d un box à clé. Bref. Parfait. A recommender et probablement a refaire chaque année !

Location agencée avec très bon goût, parfaitement équipée ( tout est neuf et beau) Propre, lumineuse, agréable, on s'y sent tellement bien !!! Studio refait a neuf avec gout. Tout le nécessaire est présent hormis une spatule pour la plancha. La literie est top. Il est très bien situé, tous commerces a proximité ainsi que la plage juste en traversant la route ( elle est très belle) Le petit chariot a la cave des propriétaires pour faire les courses a coté est très pratique. Pour le stationnement pas de problème. L'arrivée et le départ est impeccable . On a passé une bonne semaine...Merci.
