ROSE Holidays offers you this lovely recent holiday home, located in the Girvière district, 1.5 km from the marshes, forest and wild coast of Olonne-sur-Mer.
Two-storey house, able to accommodate up to 7 people and fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.
With its sunny and enclosed garden, this house is the perfect place to get together with family or friends!
A calm exterior, conducive to relaxation
You will enjoy a private garden and a heated swimming pool, ideal for lounging in the sun.
A pergola and a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to spend beautiful summer evenings around a barbecue!

Ground floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (140), bedside tables, wardrobe and TV.
First floor: 3 bedrooms two with double beds (140), desk and wardrobe, and one with single bed (120), desk and wardrobe.
Bathroom (first floor): walk-in shower, double washbasin, towel dryer, hairdryer. Separate toilet.
Parking
Two vehicles can be easily parked in front of the house.
