ROSE Holidays offers this charming renovated studio, attached to the owners' house, located in a quiet residential area at 12 rue Jean Cocteau, in Les Sables d'Olonne.

Capacity: up to 3 people.



The accommodation consists of:

Bright living room with sofa, coffee table, dining table, single sofa bed

Equipped open kitchen: microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kitchen utensils

Independent bedroom: double bed (160 cm), storage, small desk area

Renovated bathroom: shower cabin, sink unit, towel dryer, hair dryer, toilet

Private terrace with view of the shared swimming pool



Easy and free street parking



Location:

6 min by car 12 min by bicycle from the main beach and promenade

7 min by car from the SNCF train station

6 min by car 20 min on foot from the city centre and pedestrian streets

Arrival: from 4 PM (not before)

Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after)



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End-of-stay cleaning, bed and toilet linen included.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated areas

Gather used linen in the entrance

In case of non-compliance, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

Instructions for your autonomous arrival

Your digital welcome booklet: housing operation, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, parking tips bin information
