Heel erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Mooie woning, tip top in orde, rustig gelegen en met een prachtig uitzicht op de vallei van de Chassezac en de heuvels aan de overkant. Ligt wel op een hoogte op 2 km van het centrum van Les Vans, maar dank zij een elektrisch fietsje was het niet zo moeilijk om elke morgen aan vers brood en croissants te raken.

De omgeving is zeer rustig. Het dorpje is net te ver voor boodschappen te voet (2km). Er vertrekt een wandelpad direct vanaan het huis tot in de achterliggende heuvels. De tuin is omzoomd door hagen maar niet omheind. De keuken is goed uitgerust. De bbq werkte prima. In het dorp zijn voldoende restaurantjes en op zaterdag is er een grote markt. Kortom, voor herhaling vatbaar!
