You will also enjoy many facilities such as darts, pincab (pinball), arcade machine, badminton net, giant trampoline, ping pong table and many other possible activities.
With a spacious well-equipped terrace of 70 m² with heated swimming pool not overlooked, it is surrounded by a wooded plot of 1200 m². This outdoor space and the swimming pool are private and reserved exclusively for the use of tenants.

At the back of the house, a second partially covered terrace of 30m2 equipped with a dining area and garden furniture is also at your disposal.
You will have a fully equipped kitchen, open to a beautiful living room of 50 m², with direct access to the terrace via large bay windows.

In the night area, you will find 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed.

You will also enjoy many facilities such as darts, arcade machine, virtual pinball machine, badminton net, ping pong table, giant trampoline and many other possible activities.
On the main terrace, you can relax in the sunbeds, enjoy the garden furniture, barbecue and the view of the swimming pool.

The rental price includes internet access, electricity, towels, household linen and bed linen.
Rental possible mid-week and week on request.
The swimming pool is heated and accessible as long as the outside temperature is not below 15° almost continuously.
The rental price does not include cleaning. This is the responsibility of the tenant before departure.
Cleaning fee = 100 €. This package includes floors, sanitary facilities, and bedding. All equipment used must be stored and cleaned by the tenant.
Any costs incurred by necessary cleaning or any damage will naturally be deducted from the deposit.
