"Hotel locations was great, we were by the lift which was noisy from 7 am. We were not able to sleep after 7pm due to the cleaning trolley making too much noise. Otherwise good hotel. Did not have breakfast the bar had a good selection and staff were friendly"

"Clean comfortable room. Great bed and breakfast, shower was amazing. Nice location, we walked everywhere from the hotel. Would recommend and stay at the hotel again. It would have been helpful to have hooks in the bathroom, some drawers as we stayed in Prague for five nights shuffling through suitcases. Suitcase racks to put suitcases on."

"I only have good things to say about the Grand Majestic. The staff were all extremely helpful, polite and professional. The room was very tidy, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, highly recommended and we will be staying here again as we have to visit Prague often."

"My experience was far from what I expected. Upon arrival to our “Deluxe” room, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working properly. The staff advised us to give it some time to cool down, but the room never refreshed. We reported the issue to reception, and they assured us that the maintenance team would come to fix it. After waiting more than 30 minutes, no one arrived. Since we had reservations outside the hotel, we had to leave without the problem being resolved. When we returned later that evening, we were told the issue had been fixed, but upon entering the room, the air conditioning was still not functioning. At that point, I had to go back down to the lobby once again to complain. The staff eventually moved us to another room, but it was slightly inferior to the “Deluxe” room we had originally booked. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and the inconvenience of having to change rooms late at night left us disappointed. For a hotel of this category, I expected much better service and reliability."

"This hotel was nice and the rooms were large. What we didn’t like was the automatic tipping. When we were checking in they added a suggested tip of 12.5% for the receptionist and other staff and said it was not mandatory but almost felt like they wanted to guilt you into tipping. Other then that food was great and I would stay here again."

"yes the breakfast was complete but make sure to check not just the central area as the cereals and pastries are inside one of the table areas. Also the back room has another coffee machine in case it is crowded on the front"
