「My check in started with the staff looking in my bags which were open tote bags, not her business. I had a room next to the elevator and ice machine which made noise all night. I had to call the front desk twice because of constant loud noise above my room. The shower was not cleaned. There was visible dirt and hair on the floor also, clothes from the previous guest were still in the bathroom. The courtesy coffee was not drinkable. The air unit in the room has a light so bright it disrupts...

「The check in was great.」
