Had a great time at the hotel. We brought our pup as well and they were amazing and put us right beside the side door. The pool has this little shallow area for small kids but I will say the slide is probably not meant for kids under 5, my little guy hit his head pretty hard coming down the slide was pretty fast. The place was super clean and the beds were so comfortable. The only thing I wasn’t happy about is we ordered delivery and they wouldn’t let the driver bring it to my room I had to go to the front desk to get it which was kinda annoying

Friendly and efficient staff.
I was a bit impatient initially because there were three customers before me, and I was so tired and hungry. There is only one staff member at the counter. But Debbie (the receptionist ) apologized before I even opened my mouth. So it melted my heart, and I forgot everything. But overall, I rated 9/10

Checked in, paid up and signed everything and then the front desk clerk informed us that the hot tub isn't working but they could provide us with a key to go across the parking lot to another hotel to use theirs (in windy Lethbridge, in January, brrrrrr, no thanks). It would have been really nice if that was mentioned before we paid and signed, so we could decide then if we wanted to just book somewhere else. The pool and hot tub were the main reasons that we booked. Went to our room and the heating unit was squealing. Called down to the very friendly desk clerk and he spoke with his manager and they did provide us with a full refund and we left, but what an inconvenience that was. Definitely won't ever be booking here again.

That is unfortunate that, although a mild inconvenience, and after my staff went out of their way to accommodate you with either enjoying our sister property or a full refund, you score their hard work so low and indicate that you won't ever be back. It is always disappointing that my team's hard work is wasted to be scored so low for a 10 minute stay.

Like everything? That clearly sounds like a hasty generalization based on shaky foundations. Hotel is built to not only City of Lethbridge construction standards for firewalls and insulation but also to IHG brand standards and levels. Depending on how busy the hotel is, what time of day or night it is, guest decibel sensitivity, where your room is located can all be factors on perception of noise.Whether it is our hotel or any other, if something doesn't meet a guest standard, I encourage you to contact the front desk during your stay to allow the front desk team members address it to your satisfaction.

The staff was amazing, so friendly, helpful, and always happy to just say hi to the kids or our puppy. The pool was great for our grandkids ages 2 1/2 and 6. The hotel was very clean and modern. Will go back if in Lethbridge again.

Très bel hôtel bien situé très propre avec un salle à manger offrant un déjeuner généreux et agréable. La piscine est également très intéressante en raison de son éclairage et de son équipement . Le personnel est accueillant et courtois.
